Safe and Sound Animal Care is an animal welfare charity based in Farnborough, Hampshire, and operating throughout the Blackwater Valley area. The charity's main objectives are the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of all stray or unwanted animals and reptiles.

Our Pugsey is looking forward to going trick or treating on Halloween - although he'd love to spend it settling into a new home. Pugsey is a fantastic family dog, he loves to play but is also very quick to learn his boundaries. To learn more about Pugsey, visit our adoption page.

CATS IN CRISIS
Do you love cats? Could you help with the increasing number of cats needing our help? We are desperate for foster carers to look after these cats whilst we find them a new home. This year we have received a record number of requests for help from people desperate to find their beloved pets a new home. This is in addition to the also increasing number of strays and abandoned cats. Fostering is one of the most worthwhile roles, to give these cats somewhere that's warm and dry instead of sleeping under a hedge, where they will be fed instead of having to scavenge, and lots of TLC can literally save lives. Maybe you live somewhere that's not suitable for you to own a cat; maybe you have no outside access, or live on a busy road; foster cats remain indoors whilst they are with you, giving you the pleasure of their company without the worry.
